"The hotel is in an ideal location with reasonably priced onsite parking. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a good price and had a good selection. For the price it was very good, I would defiantly recommend. "

"Sufficient stay and great value for money"

"Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable & fits the surroundings. Never used the restaurant facilities due to the high prices so took a quick drive to Sheldon where there’s loads of places to eat which works out way cheaper. Used pool once, area could do with a bit of a refresh and more sun loungers as spa guests hogged them so had nowhere to relax. Kyle, Srujana, Lucia & Ann are wonderful and need credit for their excellent service and friendliness. Was great to take a lovely night walk round the front of the hotel looking for nightlife with our infrared camera. Will definitely be staying again when visiting the area."

"Malmaison is conveniently located a few blocks away from the main train station for Birmingham, and this is in the middle of all the action in the central city, even part of the Mailbox mall with a movie theater and excellent restaurant-bar-pub choices."
