Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We made good use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast, which we prebooked, was excellent, there was a wide menu and very good buffet too. My daughter had Eggs Royale which was cooked perfectly. All staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is well positioned for the NEC. Good value for money.
