I had five hours time at the hotel checking in at 5 PM and check out at 11.00 PM as I had flight for Washington, DC. I paid for room with double bed, meals, airport drop. The hotel denied me free meal, airport drop, refusing my confirmed advance fully paid booking. They harassed, threatened me, held hostage, forced to pay Rs 400 for airport drop. The rooms were not soundproofed at all- the sound of constant honking kept me up while the pillows were hard, the room was dirty and the toilet continuously ran, oh and the room was not ready even though my flight was delayed 2 hours and on top of that the mention of airport transportation in the listing is false. "Great location and excellent walkability to local restaurants and shops. The hotel decor is hip and appears to be fairly new, but a closer, deeper look reveals the actual age of the infrastructure. Regardless, the the convenience of location and friendliness of staff make this an excellent option in Aerocity. I would stay here during a future visit."
