"So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!"

"Horrendous, the photos were completely misleading I got there and it was filthy, dirty earbuds and a spoon in the wardrobe, kitchen was horrendous, I didn't even want to sit on the bed, I actually cried when I got there and I missed my uni day tried to contact the host and the were horrible z totally out of order and lied, I've never been to a place like it. And other people were in there and had all their messages everywhere,I had to spend more money getting a taxi and a room at the premier...

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in...
