"The check in is fast. This is the 2nd stay since 2006. The surrounding is getting more restaurants compare to last time. There is a western restaurant just beside the hotel. However I find that the food at Tiffin is better. Room is average, cleanliness can be improved. Air conditioner work well. The shower is strong enough for a good bath. Didn’t take the breakfast as there are a lot of Chinese crowd. Travel to old quarter is easy, just call a grab. Will definitely come back to stay."

"Central location close to Lotte Mall, old town, US embassy. The staff are very friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. Very safe for solo travellers. Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available. "
