"We had a great stay! Hosts were always helpful and responsive, multiple times responding very promptly to our requests. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. "Staff was really great and accommodating, they spoke really great English as well. This property was close to train street which was nice and only 15 mins away from old town. The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). I have stayed in over 10 hotels in Veitnam and this hotel had one of the best breakfast...

"Very nice and comfortable hotel in the French quarter. Good bed and appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Walkable area toward the lake and the shopping district. Almost next door to the “Hanoi Hilton” prison museum which is worth while visiting. Other sites a bit further. Staff and service excellent - attentive, friendly and efficient. "

"Cant fault the location, close to Old Quarter but far enough away from the noise. Also in the building were a coffee shop and a small supermarket. We liked the reception area and the slip lane to the drop off area meaning you could easy get in and out of a Grab/taxi without fighting the traffic. Room was spacious but a little tired especially the carpet which was old/stained. We liked the barrel of drinking water provided, so much better than individual bottles. Do try the restaurant and bar on...

"Had a good stay in 22land during my short New Year vacation. Glad to see the fireworks at my balcony! The area is very convenient and near to some famous food shops, Cathedral, lake and many souvenir shops. The room is quite small but clean. The toilet/bath do not have a partition, complete accessories like hot water, bidet, toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, etc & hair dryer. The breakfast is with limited selection but decent and i would like to highlight that their beef PHO is quite nice! Tasty...
