"Central AC of the rooms was turned off, so my room was 27 degrees celsius. After going to front desk to ask to be switched on, I was offered a fan. Not what we would expect from a Sheraton Resort experience... After a complaint to corporate guest services, I had my room changed to one that had individual AC. I had the problem solved, but had to go through corporate. Such a shame, because the hotel view of the reservoir is stunning. They are clearly facing lack of customers, so it seems that...

"We were checked online one day prior to our arrival. Hotel asked us the arrival time so we were able to go to our room at around early. The room and facilities is amazingly well managed. We were having fun in the pool and gym . The shopping mall is next to hotel. We will come again soon."
