The daily snacks in the room, evening finger foods, and 2 free drinks we're much enjoyed (we loved the fact they offered non alcoholic beverages as well because not everyone drinks alcohol)! The breakfast every morning was excellent and there was a wide variety of food offered! Even the pickiest of eaters are accommodated to! All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional! "The location is great for the Grapevine area, very close to the Mall and across the street from the DFW Hilton Conference Center. My room was very clean and spacious. However, I found the staff to be indifferent. For example, I'd frequently see them in the hallways and they'd rarely return "hello" or smile. The property itself is aging and could use a remodel. But overall it's a fine stay for Grapevine."
