"This is a great property. Great service. Beds were comfy, room quiet and clean, great amenities like Bevi water machines. close to everything in Fisherman’s Wharf/Pier 39/Ghiradelli. Easy to catch Muni and cable cars up the street. Great valet and security at night. Overnight valet is pricey but comparable to most hotels on the city. Will stay here again."

"The location was nice - quiet but still close to food and sights. The room itself was quite basic. Comfortable but small; nothing to write home about. No elevator (but they did have a luggage elevator). The staff was friendly and welcoming."

"I arrived for an afternoon event at Fort Mason. Although my event started at 1:30 PM and check-in was after 3:00 PM, the front desk employee 'Eric' was extremely kind and said that it would be fine to leave my car in their parking area. That was a relief because I was planning to walk to Fort Mason from the Motel. The room was very comfortable.
