"The check in and out was extremely smooth, the staff was so kind. I was in town due to say our goodbyes to a family member and the staff was so incredibly kind and considerate of that. Especially after the experience we had at the best western that was 8 minutes away, they were an absolutely a dream come true at a fraction of the price. When we return to WV, they will absolutely be our first choice every single time. I highly recommend not sleeping on this place. (No oun ontended)"

We lifted the mattress to find used needles under the bed. It was incredibly scary! Expedia was phenomenal and gave us our refund back. The phone numbers do not work for the hotel and the representative tried calling the hotel multiple times for permission to reimburse us for the stay. It was a good thing...
