Demeure de Flore

Lacabarede

10/10 Exceptional

Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. Grazie ancora Francesco!!!

Hotel Restaurant & Spa Le Meez

Carcassonne

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely small, modern hotel located close to the ancient city/castle near Carcassonne. Clean and quiet. Pool and hotel restaurant are very nice. Service was excellent. Helpful staff. Owner was present as well. Friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants within driving distance, but not walking district. Hotel located in what has become over the years a somewhat industrial area. Originally, it was in the countryside.

Demeure Saint Louis

Carcassonne

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay at Demeure Saint Louis was a highlight of our trip! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The house is historic and beautiful. We stayed in one of the apartments (one king bed bedroom and two twin beds in the main room) and it was spacious, perfectly clean, and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding, towels, and kitchen linens were high quality, plentiful, and comfortable. We were there during a heatwave, which tested the AC, but it kept up! We appreciated...

Wonderful quiet hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Perfect for families, couples, and larger groups. We were there with our daughters and we really loved our stay. The room was incredibly quiet, with separate AC units in each bedroom, separate TV, and fast internet. The breakfast is just amazing: great variety of great, homemade, food. We had dinner at the restaurant below the rooms and the food was really good and very reasonably priced.
