"A good no nonsense place to stay. It has all the necessities you need and a huge amount of choice for breakfast. The gardens around the property are nice and the pool would be a real bonus in the summer.
The staff are friendly and the propietor spoke excellent English and was a really helpfull nice chap.
I was very glad I found this and would stay again if in the area.
I didnt know how to rate the Eco freindlyness as i dont know that, so a mid 3stars. "
"Great ovetnight stop for a motorcycle trip , supermarket 5 mins away , resturant was really nice , bar on site , only thing i would say is no cvtv in car park but bikes were fine as it is in really nice area "

"Dated hotel in need of some TLC and cleaning as there were several cobwebs in the room. Pillowcase was poor material and bed hard. Breakfast had gone up in price in two weeks and there was a limited range."
"Such a lovely place for our stop off on our way down to Valencia. Nice to relax by the pool while the children had a swim after a long drive. Hosts were so lovely, a guided tour of the property and lovely home cooked simple food. We will be recommending this place. Good luck in your plans for future renovations to the rooms. "We stayed for just one night and were blown away by how stunning the chateau and its views. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being fussy.
We stayed in the Napoleon suite which had incredible views of the Loire from the balcony. The room itself was huge with beautiful period furniture and features. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with double sinks and shower and all necessities supplied were good quality.
We enjoyed great food and wine in the restaurant with a 3 course meal plus some additional delicacies.
We definitely felt like we’d had a chateau experience and would recommend as a beautiful place to stay
