"Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite. It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. It was particularly hot when we were there, so a fan or two would have helped. The door closers could do with adjusting - a couple of the doors slammed loudly if...

"Pet friendly hotel with free parking but limited spaces. The room was basic, the room we stayed in had a street light outside, which the blind didn't do much to keep that out all night. The bed was very firm which wasn't our preference may suit others. The shower was low pressure and took a while to get to temperature. If you just want a bed for the night it's serviceable but wouldn't personally stay more than one night."

"Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing, the room was lovely and clean and the breakfast everyday was great. Ada looked after us and made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. Perfect location, near 2 towns so lots of choices of restaurants, bars and walks! Would highly recommend :)"

"It was a fun, funky apartment superbly located in Bowness on Windermere. Even though we got a lot of rain during our visit, we took the ferry to see Hill Top Farm and explore the Lake District. We took a 10-lakes tour that worked out great for seeing this beautiful area!"
