"I haven’t had such a positive hotel experience in the longest time. The staff were the kindest, most helpful, and genuine I probably have ever experienced. Coming to the UK for the first time from the US, the hotel was brimming with British hospitality and charm. The rooms were excellent, air conditioning worked fabulously during the heatwave, and it was the most seamless experience I’ve had at a hotel. Hopefully I can come back to London and stay here again! P.s. the Leopard Bar is stellar...

Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far.
