"The coffee machine in my room was broken. Even after mentioning it twice it was not replaced. We asked for housekeeping twice during our 4 night stay and that was not provided either. It was disappointing . The location was excellent with plenty of parking."

"Great location, friendly staff, free and ample parking and nicely decorated rooms were some of the highlights. And the breakfast choices made to order was amazing! Finely, my wife and I are hikers and it was great to be able to get to the trail heads under 15 minutes. I highly recommend the place!"

"The Mystic is such a cute place! The art & decor are adorable, the space for the dining area is super spacious and they have a lovely outdoor space/patio as well! Breakfast is phenomenal, Greek yogurt, breakfast tacos/eggs/bacon/sausage, fresh fruit, sourdough, waffles, etc. so many options and tastes wonderful. Drive up parking in a gated parking lot is also very nice. Bed was cozy and room itself was nice as well. Front desk staff was friendly & accommodating. I will definetly stay again when my fiancé and I come back to Santa Fe! "

"The property is venerable but slightly “tired.“ Needs some updating, especially with connectivity and some air-conditioning. (They offer you a fan at the desk. Wasn’t too hot the night we stayed and, in fairness, there is a ceiling fan over the bed.)"
