"Overall, the property is decent and better than what you might expect for a 2-star hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement. Cleanliness was a concern — the carpets felt old and had an unpleasant smell. The pool area was always crowded and not well maintained, with the floor around the pool constantly wet and slippery, which felt unsafe. Breakfast options were quite limited with very little variety. I also asked if a room upgrade was possible, but the receptionist did not provide any options or alternatives. That said, for a 2-star hotel, the stay was still acceptable and slightly above basic standards."
