"We got there after 4 there was only one person checking people in. When we finally got to check in when I booked the room I asked for a King size bed the gentleman at the desk said they were running low on King size bed & asked if we would take two beds. So we did. The mini fridge was broken & leaking the bathroom was not clean. I would not stay here again."

"At first I was not happy staying at the Sheraton. The white older gentleman that was working 3/27 around 4pm was very rude. Took my debit card didn’t take time to explain charges per day, didn’t give me food vouchers ( I added breakfast to my stay) and had a hurry up and get out of my face attitude. Even my boyfriend said he wasn’t too friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.. when I went back to the desk hours later the same gentleman was there didn’t even address me and my boyfriend but the lady next to him did with a bright smile. She explained where breakfast was and gave us our vouchers. Tamara was our waitress both days and she is a sweetheart. Very personable and kind. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Please give Tamara a nice raise. For dinner, our waiter was Noah and he’s hilarious. Very upbeat and kind as well.. please give him a raise. Everyone that worked at this hotel was nice and kind except the gentleman that was at the front desk the evening of 3/27/26. He needs to learn how to be kind. I’d stay here again. "

"We loved everything about this stay. Waterpark was great, valet parking was quick, food was delicious, rooms was clean & beds comfortable. Best part was I didn’t even have to leave the building for anything."

"The Room and the Staff were excellent. Pool was extremely cold but the Hot tub made up for it overall, We are very happy with our experience there and most definitely will be back."

"The AC unit in my first room was frozen and not working. I was given a window fan and told to wait until the unit unfroze. Then I was moved to a different room that smelled strongly of curry, but at least the AC worked. "
