"Rooms are a bit old, furniture was kind of dinged up, but the room was comfortable and the hotel was nice enough!"

"Signs everywhere "please pardon our dust during renovations"... but there were no renovations in sight. Just a run down/aged hotel. Our door said honeymoon suite on a plaquard, we had a hot tub where 7 of the 8 jets barely worked and the 8th did nothing. You could tell this was once a nice hotel, but now it is aged, bearing marks on the wall, dilapidated furniture and failing amenities (barely working hot tub in the room, microwave non-responsive, refrigerator lit up but did not get cold and TV remote that turned the TV on but nothing else)."

"Would definitely not stay here again. Spend the extra $ and pick another hotel. Noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. "

"Front desk was excellent, setup a shuttle for us to go out to eat. Valet parking offered at reasonable price for 25.00 per night. Very nice complimentary breakfast offered, differently would stay here again."

"Breakfast ran out of bacon and eggs, so they substituted them with Jimmy Dean that I wouldn't eat. Transit Rd is very busy at times, so bring light ear plugs. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby within 10 min walk for fast food or a few places to sit and eat. Was budget friendly and my lower fair reviews are tolerable for most."

"Don was an incredible host- he made sure I was comfortable and content for my stay. The property is a testament to the preservation efforts taking place in Buffalo and I’m so grateful the Richardson Olmsted was saved from being demolished. Thank you for the wonderful stay- I will be back! "
