"The only good thing about the stay was the sweet boy at the front desk. Other than that, lights didn’t work bathroom was dirty, floor dirty, people next door would not shut up. So loud. "

" If you need a place to stay and don’t require housekeeping or friendly customer service, this is the place for you. The room was clean when we arrived. Was told at check-in we would receive housekeeping service on the 3rd day. That did not happen and it was late in the evening on the 3rd day when we returned to discover housekeeping wasn’t done. Spoke to front desk representative 3rd night and she asked if we had our do no disturb sign on the door. I told her no. She offered housekeeping for the following day (check out day). She said contact Julie at 7am the day we check out. I explained we were leaving at 4am so that would not make sense. There is obviously a lack of training and communication at Comfort Inn because when I explained what happened she stated, the other person misspoke (lied) because they don’t offer housekeeping since Covid. Not one apology of sorry for the misunderstanding. Julie told Expedia I didn’t complain til after checkout … I did complain the night before but that person could not help. I will never stay here again to visit my son who is stationed at Fort Riley and recommend nobody to stay here visiting family at Fort Riley. "
