"As the room looked like the online pics, but the led lighting behind the bed on wall was like strobe light, thankful there was a switch. The sheets were horrible! Rough and scratchy, made us itch all night long. The pillows were chunky, not sure what they had in them. "

"We were freezing in our room. We had the heat and fan turned up all the way and it was just cold!! Heat would not warm up the room. We were so tired we didn’t want go ask for a blanket because we were too tired and would have had to go and get dressed to get. "
