"Rooms were immaculate. Great bed! Loved the blackout blinds on window!! Friendly staff. Only negative was the carpet in halls needed replaced"

"The lady at the desk the nightI checked in was amazing, the second night the guy at the desk was obviously annoyed that I asked him a question & then again when I went back to tell him my key wasn't working, he was more interested in whatever he was listening tonwith his earbud. The smoke detector in my room was hanging from the ceiling and the trim along the bottom of the wall in the bathroom was laying on the floor instead of on the wall"

"Parking was excellent. Room was spacious and very nice. The staff were awesome. Unfortunately I was disappointed there was no pool or jacuzzi anymore. I wish they would not have taken that amenity out."

"No one told us the Quality inn was under renovation even though we had called to confirm our reservation, so we had to stay at the Ramada Inn across the street. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the the previous tenants stains on both the sheets and pillows. The floors were dirty, the trash bins in the hallway were overflowing. We found a pair of dirty socks in the shower. No breakfast or pool. Only 2 pillow cases for the 6 pillows. Was told they didnt have any more. The response from management was sorry? Recommend not staying here! "
