"The staff and room was great. The only thing that I found a little disturbing was when I noticed a piece of trim was curled outward on what seemed like some kind of place to put shoes and it pretty much looks like it had been like that for some time. I told the staff member about it and she said she would tell maintenance about it. We both agreed that all it would need was some glue to fix it."

"The hotel and Brew Brothers restaurant on site was wonderful. We would have stayed a 2nd night if they hadn't been sold out. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel is close to Lost Island as well."

"Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! The hotel was completely booked due to State Trap Shooting taking place but the GM did all he could to make things right and was able to moved us to different rooms to accommodate our needs! We will continue to stay at this hotel every year for State Trap for the size of rooms and customer service"
