"Clean rooms.. I will say when checking in the staff was very robotic in responses and also didn’t realize I had already booked a premium suite for my anniversary when they were just quickly giving us a fast check in. It wasn’t till I asked about the difference before it was acknowledged."

"This hotel has seen its better days. It’s a shame because it’s a great building located in a very nice part of town. The rooms are old, dirty, and in much need of updated furniture. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily. They are only cleaned when you request it."

"This location was terrible, roaches crawling on the bed, we had to pay 5 dollars for an extra key, the card kept getting inactive. There was a mildew smell in the sink area. I had to keep going to the office to get key card to work. It was very inconvenient for me. One worker there was rude."
