"A very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The best beds and pillows for the most luxurious comfort. A great bar and seating areas. We couldn't park in the hotel but could next door in the Q park without booking. "

"Parking was easy to find, good signs all around though very dear £15 per night, Staff were neither here or there , I didn’t feel particularly welcomed,they just did the job, The room size was decent, mattress did have a few stains on it and I found some strands of hair though that’s to be expected .Breakfast was decent!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, we phoned the day before to ask for two rooms interconnecting and were pleased when we arrived there was a note on our booking and were allocated the requested rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurants, Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express on doorstep plus Cinema 5 minute walk. Sea Life, Legoland 10 minute walk. Nice area and peaceful. Would recommend and would stay again."

"On Saturday night there was a continuous humming in the room and no hot water. On the Sunday morning there was no water at all in the bathroom. I did complain and received a refund, but I won't be staying there again."

"Good location. Near supermarket football stadium and petrol station. Maybe the staff are a bit isolated behind a glass window or maybe it’s necessary? "

"Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back ."
