"The apartment and complex were kept very clean. Apartment was just as described and was very nice indeed. All staff were very polite and helpful. The only negatives were that the main pool was closed for maintenance, complex was at the top of an extremely steep hill, definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties or the elderly. Building work nearby was both noisy and produced lots of dust! It would have been better if we had known about all of these issues prior to booking, maybe a mention on the website would have been good?"

"Lovely hotel with incredible views over the sea, very nice pool, good location with restaurants etc nearby and a 15 mins walk to the main part of Puerto de la Cruz (a bit steep on the way back). Plenty of parking within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast is good, only negative is that the lifts are quite slow. "

"Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff. Views of the ocean and location were excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious (special thanks to the chef at the omelette station) but food at other restaurants at the resort could get better (basics like burger and wrap were underwhelming) . Would definitely come again for the hospitality and the vibe."

"The property is in the ideal location with everything you could possibly want in a hotel. Gym, pool, hydrotherapy, spa, bar, restaurant. Absolutely wonderful stay. I will stay here when I come back. "

"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill. The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment there and they advertised a foam party, I wouldn't regret staying there again."
