"i went for my 22nd birthday and had the most beautiful and amazing time!! staff was so extremely helpful. the resort is kinda far from all the nightlife but there is a bus stop at the bottom of hill near the entrance to the hotel that will take you all around Tenerife for like, 5 euro— although I know party goers and night owls aren’t necessarily the demographic for this hotel, lololol. staff was ridiculously nice too. i felt very welcome!! i will definitely be returning and bringing my friends!! food is awesome too!!"
"Buffet food was very good and using high quality ingredients. We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. A bit disappointed with the public toilets near the pool where there were no locks, flushes weren't working, taps were pulled out - just not a great look for a nice resort like this.
We got a room in a family area (with kids beds) despite being a couple with no kids, and found that the vents in the room were connected to another room as well as to the outside so we could hear cars as if they were in our room. I'm sure this is isolated and we survived with earplugs.
Overall, good relaxing holiday :)"
"The hotel was fabulous. Beds were super comfy and lovely breakfast. Staff very polite and helpful. Great pools, close to marina with great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
"Location, location, location… The Cleopatra Palace beachfront when you come up the steps to the exit and the beautiful sea views..
Met by staff at check in - champagne offered, room ready 2 hours early, escorted to our room. Very classy.
Pool area is awesome, breakfast excellent, rooms a little dated but a wonderful stay.
Highly Recommend 👏👏"
"This is a very nice all inclusive resort, if you are a family with kids to entertain will be a very good choice.
Otherwise it is isolated, there is not much to do around but if you have a car you can enjoy the beauty of the island."
"Room was very clean, excellent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that there were large renovations going on and some areas were not accessible. It was difficult to find my room, reception staff didn’t explain clearly and I ended up walking around with my heavy luggage looking for my room for a long time. Pool area nice but very noisy with loud music and kids pool instructor shouting loudly most days while swimming with kids. I had to leave the pool area and enjoy the sun on my balcony instead as I’m someone who likes peaceful and quiet environment. Other than that I was happy with the hotel."
"We stayed for a week and had a brilliant time.
The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds to use and the fact that they could not be reserved was also a bonus.
The room was lovely and the beds were made every day and we came back one afternoon to a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket compliments of the hotel for my birthday - this was a lovely touch.
We will definitely be back!"
"Great stay. Room was fantastic, with beautiful wood ceiling providing historic charm. Location was perfect, steps from old town close to shops and restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the Vinoteca where we had lovely local wines and the doorman who provided best food recommendations. Highly recommend."
