"Pool look nice . Didn’t used due to lack of time. Staff was super nice and accommodating, parking was little out of way due to tree had falling close to property. "

"The room, hotel, amenities and breakfast were amazing! The only issue we had was the upstairs guests and the noise levels they were making so early in the morning. We communicated our concerns to the front desk but unfortunately they didn’t intervene in an effective way. This was a bit frustrating considering the cost of the hotel."

"I am not one to complain, however people should really be cautious when staying at this hotel for a 2 reasons. It’s nice to see the owners upgrading and remodeling, but the need To do something about the homeless people who literally camped right outside my door, being loud and trying to fight staff and guests. Secondly, if you advertise that you serve breakfast then you should actually serve breakfast. Plus side room was pretty nice and clean. "

"We had an outstanding stay at Viejas Casino and Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member said hello and was friendly, and attentive. They really made us feel welcome! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was great with really large portions. The 9:00 fireworks display was a highlight! We had such a great time We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
