"Hotel is right in front of the beach, location is great! Rooms were good, not as clean as expected though. Did not use the pool or hot tubs, weather was cold. Parking was convenient. Laundry service not very good - the washer is too small and dryer takes forever to dry!"

After multiple times speaking with staff about airport transfer options, in the middle of the night, no one mentioned that a time change (Daylight Savings) was going into effect. Resulting in chaos & mad dash to airport. You would think this would be something that you would warn guests about."

"The airport shuttle runs every 20 minuteshoqever qe ended up waiting at the airport for 30 minutes before being pick up. The hotel is more like a 10 minute drive. The room had tea bags but no coffee. We boomed a large King bed which was excellwnt after a long cruise."

"I arrived late at night with my two young children. The check in was quick and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that breakfast was included. A cot had been placed in the room without me having to ask and the whole place was accessible for my pushchair. We had breakfast in the morning and enjoyed some time in the large, well looked after garden. I would definitely consider staying here again especially with kids "
