"The hotel is really nice and relaxing. Close to the beach with a great pool and excellent service. My only complaint would be that there is no point in having an ac since the doors and windows don’t fully close and the room never gets cold, it is actually pretty hot almost unbearable in the summer. Also the rooms feel a little old and in need of maintenance "

"I had a wonderful stay at Bora. The staff was lovely and were always available. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the pool and each room has its own roof deck which was awesome. The beach ( La Punta) is about a 10 minute walk which was not bad at all. Down at the beach there are a ton of food options. I highly recommend this hotel. "

However, we had some issues when arriving as they wouldn't let us in to the hotel before we paid for our visit (our booking was meant to be paid in the reception and they didn't have one) meaning we couldn't access the hotel and even less the room before we paid (which we couldn't). Lots of phone calls later we were let in. From there on the place was nice and the cleaning/service staff super kind. We weren't placed in the room we booked and instead ended up on ground...
