"Our room was clean and ready at check in, the breakfast was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, informative and genuinely kind. Our shower door was missing a seal so we needed up with water all over the floor. The pressure was strong in fact it popped the cover off the hand held. The pool was clean and towels were available. It was quite dark as they only had the wall sconces on at night and I feel it did not provide enough light for the swimming area where mostly children were swimming with parents sitting around the pool. I would book this hotel again"

"Great value, room was quite spacious and decently appointed. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is fairly close to everything you might need in Kitchener, but it's entrance and exit can be a challenge to access at busy times of day. The breakfast was adequate, better than a typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was not good (putting it nicely) and the hot food (eggs and a meat) was mediocre at best."

"So maintenance on the property could be done better. Sliding closet doors weren’t working properly and was easier to leave open than to try and close. The bathroom door opening and closing was designed wrong so that you had to step between the toilet and tub to open and close the door while in there. No place to put anything in the bathroom while showering, just a bad design. The staff are very good to talk to and help however they can. There was one very weird man staying there at the time we were there that was being creepy around adults and kids, when notified the staff did call the police to come talk with him. I’m not sure what happened but we didn’t have anymore contact with him. Nice buffet in the morning and always coffee in the lobby. "
