"Washroom was not clean enough and there was not even a single water bottle kept in the room. They should atleast keep 2 water bottles in the room for the person who is checking in after a long flight. "

"Our check in way a bit longer than we would have liked, but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and sheets. Bathroom and floors were very clean. Quite floor(second floor) easy parking. We choose the garage parking. Ample space. Charging options if desired. We used the hot tub and pool, which was very clean and perfect water temperature. Staff from front desk to maintenance staff to cleaning staff were all very polite and respectful. Over all we would recommend this location for a stay over in Quebec city. Lots of food options close by and not far from the highway. Enjoy your stay. Remember how you treat and talk to people will help determine how your treated."

"we had a great one night stay on our drive through Quebec. The place was clean and comfy with a yummy breakfast. The hotel room had new vinyl/laminate floors which is always a nice switch from carpet."
