They asked me to pay for both night upfront for the 2 nights, felt weird in the lobby, bad smeel and mold on the ceiling. They did not want me to check the room before paying. They don't speak French or English. After paying and seeing how bad was the room condition (door don't unlock, toilet bowl broken, dirty with previous visitors hair in the bed,etc...), they never wanted to refund me. They said I had to cancel 3 days before the stay as their policy, I reserved around 1/2 or 1 hour before going there, so it was never possible to cancel 3 days before ? I tried to get refunded with hotel.com and was only able to get one night cancelled and give me a policy good will 15% on the first night. Felt swindled, I was try to ask my credit card company to have this charge cancelled since it was a trap. I wouldn't recommend to go even near that place !
