"The apartment was on the 49th floor with floor to ceiling windows. It was also spacious and spotless. The building has many amenities including restaurant, fitness room and a beautiful pool. The only challenge i had was checking in. Because it is not a hotel there was no reception. The security guard helped me figure out where to go. "

"Check-in at night with a baby, the staff tell me to pay 3000, I already payed the room, the sheets was dirty, the staff could not call a cab, sneaky attitude. The hotel area is fine but the rest is on a very low level. I booked 5 nights - I stayed 3 and never come back."

"The property is dated. There is no safe in the room. It is very close to the monorail, but the monorail and MRT only run til 1130. The staff is good and for money the room was fine. I would stay closer to Bukit Bintang next time"

"Insgesamt eine moderne vollausgestattete Unterkunft und unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Petrona Towers. Für mich war jedoch störend: trotz 35. Etage sind die Fenster kaum isoliert und je nach Zimmer (wie bei mir), hat man 2 Hauptstraßen direkt vor dem Fenster und die Lautstärke ist enorm, desweiteren sind 4 Fahrstühle viel zu wenig. Teilweise wartet man 15 Minuten bis man einen Fahrstuhl hat, der hält und der nicht überfüllt ist. Desweiteren fand ich zwar den Pool sehr cool gemacht, aber leider egal...

"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."
