"They upgrade me to a 1 bed studio with stunning view of KL. Really high standard in terms of amenities, plug points all in the right places. Amazing kitchen with utensils, wifi was great, washer dryer. Really clean. So many positives. But the best was the swimming pool with petronas tower views , KL tower, surreal and for the money I paid it was truly excellent. Staff were available to help via WhatsApp. Management friendly. Suitable for solo travellers, families, groups. Amazing!"

They arranged a limousine for me for 3 hours.Felt sorry gave the person a tip on the last day,who seemed surprised. The reception was good all the time. "Modern & clean hotel, with efficient friendly staff. Near a bus station, but it was a safe area. Amenities were amazing. Valet, security, bar area, food delivery dropoff area, etc. Beautiful modern lobby, fast elevators, immaculate & well stocked, modern room. I was able to get a "Grab" (Malaysia's Uber)for about $4 to downtown, which was usually about a 10 min drive. "

"The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service."

"Room was clean, spaces. Host helpful. Not enough cooking utensils and no toiletries. Hall way to the room dusty and messy due to under construction. Be aware just book standard room, superior room waste of $ not much different beside room arrangement. Will not book again."

"Two day stay. The pool is great. Make sure you get the "new" part of the hotel. There was no wi-fi in the old section and it was in poor condition. The new section was much better. "

"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."
