"We loved the outdoor area with the pools and hot tubs, it was a beautiful property. The breakfast was very good each morning with enough variety. Our room was a bit small for 4 people and luggage but doable. Understanding we are in the jungle but had a couple cockroaches in our room during our stay that freaked us out a bit. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to be for a few nights"

"This was the most amazing stay!! The private bungalows were awesome, and the hot springs were wonderful. We loved being immersed in the jungle. the hammock on the deck of the bungalow was nice to be in and listen to all the sounds!! Deffinatly comming back!"

"The evening show was great. There were a lot of choices with the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were limited washrooms and one was closed most days. The pool smelled like pee. Renovations outside our room for the duration of our stay were noisy and dirty. WiFi is slow and all amenities info is online, so access to the needed information was lacking."

"Arenal observatory and lodge is a biodiversity and conservation gem! We saw so many animals and plants while on the property! The accommodations were great and in line with ecotourism. Highly recommend for nature lovers!"
