"The hotel is very nice, cozy, clean, and the staff is incredible. The breakfast is good, sufficient, and delicious. The food in general is delicious, but we didn't like a couple of dishes we tried. The wings were very ugly, and the chicken tortilla soup was delicious, but I ordered it twice and it came out cold. I would return to this hotel; it's very nice."

Its proximity to José María Córdova International Airport makes transportation especially convenient, particularly for those looking to avoid traffic into the city. In my case, as I usually travel for specific purposes such as dental appointments, visits to shopping centers, or dining in El Poblado staying here allows me to return easily and always feel safe. The hotel’s restaurants are exceptional, the service is outstanding, and the rooms are impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it. In general, “paisas” are incredibly polite, warm, and always ready to provide excellent service"

"El hotel es hermoso. Todo super tranquilo la vista de nuestra cabina era espectacular. Te prenden una chimenea en la noche y con el jacuzzi te hace pasar una noche muy divertida. Fuimos en familia y la pasamos espectacular y muy relajante. Todas las personas del hotel muy atentas. Gracias Porto Marina por hacer nuestras vacaciones inolvidadables."

"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay. Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic."
