"Hotel restaurant exceeded expectations and the massage at the spa was fantastic. However, we had an ant problem at one point in our bathroom and the front desk isn't 24 hour. Front desk could have been more helpful with giving recommendations and information (for example, one of their restaurant recs was closed on Sundays and they didn't tell us that). The noise from the bar next door was extremely loud until 10pm each day. Pool and hot tub were nice. It was great to have someone come meet us at the dock and get our luggage upon arrival to San Marcos."

"The staff is so unwelcoming, the restaurant is super slow. So if you are hungry, do not order from there because it will take a long time for you to get the food. The beds were kind of hard. The hotel is beautiful. It’s in front of the water."

"This place is an absolute dream come true. The service is excellent and the view is out of this world. The owners are very special people, they make you feel at home and spoil you with delicious breakfast, homemade dinners every night and fresh pretzels. Gaby and her husband are extraordinary people. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I give it 10 stars."
