Wonderful stuff. Unbelievable views

We were on vacation and visiting friends. Noisy outside but accsee yo good shopping and restaurants.

Rooms are large and exceptionally clean. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained and within short walk of the major area with restaurants and shops.

Wonderful place with most hospitable staff who extend such beyond what is customary.

Pleasant, clean, quiet small hotel, away from the Main Street traffic. A short walk to to lake for shopping and dining. Friendly, helpful staff.

Raniban really is such a special place. It’s away from all the hustle and bustle of Pokhara and is so high up, perfect for viewing the mountains! Food is great and not too overpriced. The room and bathroom was lovely and comfortable however all rooms are exactly the same, you only pay more for the rooms with the best views...but you can easily look at the views from the communal garden. Beware if the roads are bad you have to walk up a lot of steps to get here! There’s not much to do up here in...

The staffs are very kind. The restaurant is so good, staffs, food, etc. Definately I will stay the hotel, if I have a chance to visit the city.

Comfortable and contemporary. It gets 90% of the way to western boutique hotel standards, which for Nepal is outstanding. Great decor, friendly staff, modern facilities. We rejuvenated here. The bellhops and waitstaff can be a little overattentive, and the bathrooms need a proper shower curtain and a vent rather than just a huge window. Shower was western and piping hot. Restaurant & free breakfast are good but nothing amazing. Lakeside rooms have a great view but are noisier until traffic dies...

Staff served from heart, right from greeting the front desk made sure we have all that is needed. It felt like we are parting family. Stayed twice en route to and from Muktinath. Would recommend highly to others

Overall a great hotel in lakeside Pokhara. The property is great, has nice green space and a nice pool, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food served by the hotel is delicious but is a bit pricey. With how pricey the stay is, maybe save yourself some money on the food and walk to nearby restaurants instead of eating every meal at the hotel.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Lake Star and will definitely recommend it to others. The food was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, and -- even though the hotel was short-staffed because of the holidays -- the service was absolutely excellent.. The manager even took me to the airport in his own car!
