"My biggest issue was, it looks that they don’t vacuum the floor, women’s hair was all over the place and was not part where you don’t find a hair. Also both doors for the restroom were not closing and was really uncomfortable to be there and everyone see. "

"Siempre me gusta quedarme en este Hotel por su buen servició al cliente, en esta ocasión me dieron en el piso 5to y no el 6to como siempre y se supone que soy cliente VIP, desayuno en esta ocasión no se que pasó y no me dieron el mismo trato, el baño no estaba muy limpio y fueron 2 veces a limpiar y siguió igual sin limpiarlo."

"The room wasn't cool enough, the water pressure was very low, i did find couple of hair strands on the sheets. But the staff and services was excellent. Complementary breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive! "
