"Our first impression after a long day and night traveling was by far the most welcoming encounter we have ever had at a hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay. I hate I didn’t catch his name, but the front desk attendant was wonderful!"

"I was not able to even stay this motel. they closed at 8pm! never knew of a hotel/motel to close. i also did NOT receive any access code to get into/check into any room. i was outside of the motel for at least an hour, with customer service from Expedia, AND THEY COULDNT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE EITHER. i called whatever number was on the window, but no one answered nor replied to my text message. i was outside trying to get in touch with someone, ANYONE! til about 945pm. let me not forget to mention it was pouring down raining & i had children with me. i could see if i actually got send a code & it was on me but there was NOTHING IN MY EMAIL! Nor any type of indication THEY CLOSED AT 8pm. smh. i literally need my money back! "

It’s clear that Tangerine Motel takes pride in providing a positive experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay in Crawford, I highly recommend Tangerine Motel. I would gladly stay here again!"

"Filthy hot tub, floors, no hot breakfast like advertised, no one at front desk. When they did come, rude and unfriendly. We ordered a king suite, got a king room with a crappy hot tub, no bars to get in/ out off it. Paid price of a suite not room. Need a partial refund...."
