"This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful in accommodating requests. They assisted us in getting a babysitter for our boys, so that we could attend a tango show- our babysitter Milka was amazing with the boys. The food- from the breakfast to room service to the restaurant was top quality and very delicious. The spa and pool were also great- my husband and I had individual massages and it was one of the best we have ever had. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. "

"There are 2 things I was a bit disappointed with. My jungle room view was actually actually a view of the parking lot with the jungle view behind. I brought this up to the front desk upon arrival and she indicated she would get back to me but I never heard back from her. The only other thinng is that the town is at least a 30 minute drive. All in all it is a fabulous hotel and so close to the falls and adventures
