"There were public baths at the hotel, but we ran into get one last soak before check out and they were already closed forCleaning. We still had half an hour before our checkout so we would’ve loved to have a few minutes to relax our bodies after walking all day the day before."

"Such a great hotel! Right across from train station, express bus stop, and port for ferry to Naoshima. Our room (two twins) was gorgeous, very comfortable, nice shower, separate tpiletrppm, sink in main part of room. TV allowed access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Our reservation included access to the neighboring onsen, which had both indoor and outdoor pools. Our reservation also onuded breakfast, which was DELICIOUS. A flight of freshly made juices (orange, lemonade, tomato & red pepper, spinach and apple, blueberry and red cabbage - sounds weird but was great), appetizer of steamed veggies and carrot soup, eggs Benedict made with tasty fish, croissant and roll, coffee. So good. FYI the first floor is a hostel (shared dorms and bathrooms), but that didn't affect our stay (we were on the third floor). Hotel has a denim theme thanks to Betty Smith factory nearby. When we come back, we will stay at this hotel and take ferry back and forth to Naoshima rather than staying on Naoshima itself (we had a great hotel, but it didn't give us access to an onsen!)."

"Beautiful hotel high on a hill above Miyanoura Port. Even higher on the property, the Sunset Terrace for drinks. Our room was extremely nice, two twin beds, a desk, loveseat, balcony with table and two chairs, bathroom with a tub, shower, standard bidet toilet, etc. Our reservation included dinner (that night, paella plus various appetizers and dessert) and breakfast (choice of western or Japanese). Shoes off policy on our area of rooms (lockers at bottom of stairs, slippers to wear from there)."

"I had a corner room with partial bay view and the remains of the castle view. Nice size room, very light. Good bathroom. I didn't check the amenities since I had my own toiletries, but something annoyed me, the water issue. They don't have bottle water like most hotels, but they provide a small jar to be fill at the water stations. Well, they didn't have any water station at my floor, only two floors up, so I recommend to buy water at the station convenient store and avoid the hassle to wait for the elevator each time you need water."
