10/10 Excellent

"The check in processes was the fastest process I've ever had. The pool was fun and the kids liked it. I was able to enjoy the sauna and it was great. The bar at the 4th floor was really cool, we didn't drink there because nothing was catching out eye. It's a menu that has several beers and certain drinks that they make. The hotel was very clean and our room was ready right away. That's always a place cause we usually wait for the room. The down side is the water pressure in our room was low. My own shower at my house is better than the shower at this hotel. I do like they give you all the info you need to know and coupons for the local areas. Will be definitely coming again"

"The only reason you're going to this property is to be at the water park. Well the indoor water park facilities are extremely dirty. This places have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are enormous brown spots on bottoms of every pool. The outdoor facilities were much cleaner but that pretty much meant that we were confined to those facilities. Because of that the overall value I'm staying at this property seems to be very low. The front desk staff is not very good. The restaurant is fine and the staff at the restaurant is friendly and helpful. But the most overwhelming part of the experience is the very dirty indoor water park facilities."

"Good hotel for the price. The staff provided great service, and it was nice to have a small water park/aqua center for the kids to enjoy. The only downside is that many areas feel outdated and could use some renovation and refreshing. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the money. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆"

"Not much personality of Gal at Checkout. Gal checking in not good at recommending a place to go for Ice Cream , looked up on phone & too far after traveling 300 mile today. So we found I Hop across the way a block walk on our own. Sounds like don’t even know the area Poor service!! Had to tell Breakfast Gal the one only reg coffee was empty. Dah spend a lot time talking to someone in Kitchen. Again poor service"
