We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete.

We stayed here because it was close to the port but it is in a nice area and walkable to shops, restaurants, the water and the archeological museum. The staff was very nice. The room was nice and comfortable

It was newly remodeled and very modern. After hours checkin was simple. They send you codes to enter building and room.

What a lovely boutique hotel! The staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was phenomenal. The location was perfect between the beach and the town, easily walkable to both. It was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Convenient location to museum; walking distance to all; very helpful staff, easy parking, very modern "high tech" building and we needed guidance for operating AC among other things; so ask your questions. We had 2 sinks and showers( !) an additional perk; I would recommend screens for windows to be able to open them. gym was a nice addition.

Don’t even bother reading my review. Just click book. Staying here was unbelievable. I almost didn’t believe my eyes, that I had the right place. It’s incredible: brand new, great square footage, ridiculous amenities, and the reception man was very very kind to us. I wish I could live here. When I saw the room and the building, I deeply deeply regretted that I was only here for two days. Out of the 5+ places I’ve stayed in Greece, this is BY FAR the best, and all those places got great reviews...

This is a great hotel. The location is perfect for this city. It’s close enough to the main shopping but far enough from the noise. Parking wasn’t great but the city is mostly walkable. The property itself is gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious and workers are friendly and nice.

Good access to the airport. Close to the bus to Heraklion. Staff were very helpful. The only wrinkle is that water in the rooms is non-potable so bring your own water.

We only stayed for one night as we just needed a room near the ferry port, but it was an excellent stay. Easy check-in, parking was no hassle, nicely furnished kitchenette, and very comfortable and well appointed room. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice clean property while staying at Heraklion, staff was always very helpful especially with parking, great location close to port and not too far from airport. Property was conveniently located near lots of places to eat and walking distance to ocean to watch amazing sunsets.

Everything is great, very friendly staff, very clean rooms and rhe breakfast is rich due to 3 stars. 15' to airport and close to many restaurants and tavernas.

Fantastic stay. Everything seemed to be well thought out from the check in to the minor details in the room. Appreciate the wine and the chocolates. The location was perfect. Walking distance to cafes, shopping etc. Thanks for a great stay.

Its the city, and located next to a public square and church. No need for wake up as the church bell rings from 7am to 10pm. It reminds me more os US style hotel and more modern than apartment style hotel. The breakfast is inexpensive but you can walk around and run into food or shopping for whatever direction you go. Only downside was we booked for option for laundry but it was not on site.

Staff are very accommodating friendly and helpful. They gave us a suite which was very clean and newer. We loved our stay there would definitely recommend. The hotel is hard to find is the only negative for us.
