Attentive, friendly reception staff who responded quickly to any concerns. The rooftop dining room/ deck provided an ideal vantage point for NYE fireworks on a rainy night. Occasional aircraft noise wasn’t an issue during a five night stay.

Although the room was on the small side it worked for me as a single person. The room was clean and bed comfy. Parking places right out front but only about 4 or 5 spots. Not far from the bus stops about 2 min walk. Be prepared for lots of airplane noise during the day as the planes are taking off right over the hotel. Sayimg that the nights were very quiet and no airplanes flying.

This is a great budget option. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff and breakfast area exceeded expectations. Just be advised that this hotel is farther from the city center and ports, and because it’s near to the airport, the noise of the planes taking off right overhead is very loud. I would probably choose a hotel closer to city center on my next stay, but the value here couldn’t be beat!

We booked two rooms and they gave us one room Right away thought we arrived very early before check in time and we were able to bring our luggages in and freshen up before we head out and explore Heraklion. Comfortable Convenience

We stayed the night we arrived in Crete and the night before we left Crete. It was a very comfortable hotel and very convenient to the airport and port. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We obviously stayed there due to location but it was of a quality where if all hotels along our travels through Crete were like this, we would have been very satisfied
