"Wonderful staff. Gave us a couple desert surprises in our room after day of sightseeing. Bartender opened a bottle of wine we bought after our Douro tour and placed it in an ice bucket for us to enjoy that evening. Nice friendly touches."

Our shower did leak and flooded the bathroom floor the first time it was used. We became more strategic the rest of our stay to try and avoid it happening again. Unsure of this was just our room or an issue with the seal and or drain in all showers. I woke one hesitate to recommend."
