"Beautiful modern hotel in a very unspoilt area. All rooms beautifully designed to make the most of the river views. The reception staff were superb and recommended a lovely local hike along the river/through villages. They also recommended a great gorge walk along passageways a bit further away which was beautiful. The food at Raiva was excellent and it was a beautiful room. A Terra food was more basic/standard. Breakfast buffet was great. We especially enjoyed the heated outdoor infinity...

"This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Porto. Will be back for sure "

"Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and modern. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Small gym, but quite well equipped with leg extension/curl , Cable machine, Smith machine, free weights and pilates ball. Treadmill, bike and Elliptical. Pool was closed - open in June. Free shuttle to/from airport. 5 minutes walk to metro. 20 mins train and 10 mins walk into Ribeiria District. Breakfast ok. Less choice for gluten free and dairy free than comparable hotel choices. Would definitely recommend."
