"B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close. "Really helpful staff, beautiful views, amazingly well-stocked bar for the discerning gin lover. Shuttle bus is so useful for getting into and back out of the town itself (the hotel is some distance and quite high up a hillside). Food was great. Only negative was that the gents toilets under the stairway at ground floor level really need refurbishment, like putting some working locks on the doors. I only used these once, preferred to use our room if needed. Would definitely come again without hesitation"
