"Communication prior to arrival with Gianluca was great. He met us outside the accommodation once we arrived by Uber and check in was quick and easy. He provided us with a map and suggested places to eat and visit. He sent links to restaurants and was very helpful, polite and friendly. The accommodation was clean and spacious. "We had an excellent stay at Siliahouse and were very please with our choice. The location is optimal: right in between two Line 1 metro stations and easily accessible by taxi. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom extremely clean. The towels were fluffy and large. You need 10c for the lift for most hours of the day. Luigi was very quick in responding to any queries on Whatsapp. The only thing I would improve is that mugs or large cups for tea should be provided on the table...

"The hotel is located within a beautiful church/museum. Very central so getting around the city is super easy. Would recommend the bar just outside where we had a few drinks on a few of the nights. Staff were also very helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Naples!"
