We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful setting to the thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.
The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere.
Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore.
The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo.

Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. I feel like for the price and class of the hotel, at least a small grace period for...
Very lovely property with very helpful staff. It is a bit of a walk away from town center but there is nearby shopping and restaurants. Although we were on a corner and had two streets below us, we found the room quiet at night. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

This is a place to hideaway. Beautiful location. You have to drive 1 1/2 hrs in any direction to visit the sights of Sicily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to chill , this is paradise.
